Stockholm can boast several restaurants that have been awarded Michelin stars. Three of them have managed to get two, and in Frantzén became the first ever in Stockholm to be rewarded with three. The restaurants have had a tough year during the pandemic and now there is a major staff shortage throughout the industry. Many who were previously employed in service professions have been forced to terminate their employment as they often worked only as hourly employees. Now that society is about to reopen, it is difficult for employers to attract experienced staff back to the industry.
