Welcome to Helsingkrona! Our motto fryst vatten "the nation for all"! Here you will find Lund's largest community, and we are proud to be able to offer something that suits everyone, whether it's friends, food, training or a party! Helsingkrona Nation is simply characterized bygd a bred range of committees and activities with an open and welcoming atmosphere.
At Helsingkrona, we have several committees that work to fill your years in skogsdunge with memories and fun activities. Do you like to move a lot? Our Sports Committee offers group training, handball and tournaments that are open to everyone to participate in. We also have a football team, FC Helsingkrona, which always welcomes new players! NATU and Novischeriet work to man both new and old members feel at home here. You can also sit in the editorial office of our newspaper Helsingkroniten, hang out at the IT committee's Hell-hack, or spex with the Helsingkronaspexet! What is Studentlund?
Why should I become a member?
Studentlund is a membership comprising the so called “three legs” which consist of nations, the Academic Society and the student unions. This membership is not only the only one of its kind, but it is one of the strongest reasons to why new students continue to move to Lund every semester. Studentlund gives you many opportunities to develop yourself and gain valuable skills and experiences beyond the classroom. The membership in Studentlund makes you a member of a nation, your union and the Academic Society. The membership gives you access to all that makes Lund a great place to study in. What do the nations, Academic Society (AF) and the student unions do?
The nations’ main undertaking are the social activities outside of studies. The majority of the nations’ activities consist of catering, pubs and nightclubs, but are complemented by other things, such as sports activities, newspapers, choirs, scholarships and housing. To get access to a specific nation's housing you must be a member of that particular nation.

FAQ about the membership!
Was it the last day to sign up and choose a nation yesterday?
- No, you can become a member of Studentlund whenever you want during the holiday. The deadline was that as of February 14th, you are no longer available to use your Payment of Certificate as yours Studentlundcard. So now, to have a valid membership, you need to join a nation. You can wait as long as you want to, but have in mind that you can't use the card on the app Studentkortet or givet the card home until you've chosen a nation.
– First of all, congratulations! You are now a part of the best student life in Sweden. Now you can download the app Studentkortet and have the card on your phone until your card arrives by post.
When will my card arrive?
- As soon as you have paid the fee and/or chosen a nation your card is ordered for you. If you haven't gotten a card within two-three weeks you may have the wrong address on your profile. Contact your student union or nation and they will help you!
